Pricing
All prices quoted are exclusive of G.S.T. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Claims & Credits
All deliveries should be examined on arrival and any shortages, damages or breakages should be reported to Kezsam Pet Products within three (3) working days together with the invoice number, otherwise claims for credit or exchange may not be recognized.

Payments
Invoices are treated C.O.D unless otherwise arranged with Kezsam Pet Products. Goods will remain the property of Kezsam Pet Products until payment is received and cleared at the bank. Customers are to pay all costs associated with dishonoured cheques, collection fees and/or legal costs for any debts.

Deliveries
A flat rate delivery charge of $5.00 plus GST applies to all orders regardless or size. Country customers (Geelong, Ballarat etc) incur a $10.00 plus GST delivery charge.
